Refund and Returns Policy

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Most items can be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase and will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that returned items must be in new condition with the original packaging.

To start the return process and for further assistance, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team. We will send you instructions on how to return your product.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification that we have received your returned item and if your return request has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.

Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments on sale items.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within a week, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If your credit card company and/or bank cannot see the refund, please contact us.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you, we will notify the original purchaser and provide them with the refund.

Shipping Your Return
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your item via third-party shipping services.
